Director
Being a former Logistic / Supply Branch commissioned Officer of Bangladesh Navy. Lt Commander Md Kutubuddin, BN (Retd) is contributing to Harmonics Corporation Ltd. with his extensive professional experience, training and expertise on logistics Management, Logistics Supply Operations, Administration, Human Resources Management, Special Security , Aviation Logistics and shipping in Home and Abroad . Since retiring from the Navy, he is looking after Branding, Product Quality Assurance, Administration, customer Development and High Profile Co-ordination with Corporate Customers of Harmonics Corporation Ltd.
He has long track record of professionalism, training etc in home and abroad, Including Thailand (Special Security), USA (International Logistics Supply Operations). He also served as Assistant Director and Deputy Director in Special Security force (SSF) twice, where he performed duties with Honorable President, Prime Minister of Bangladesh and several Foreign Head of States and Governments.
He has working experience with the secret Service of USA. He has also employed by the United Nations in Liberia as Military Observer and in Lebanon a Contingent Logistics officer for Peacekeeping Operations.
Md Mohiuddin Zehad

Md Mohiuddin is a commerce graduate with masters in accounting. He started his career in electrical and lighting industry through Tec advantage Ltd, a sister concern of Energypac Ltd. His Science background in heigher secondary level helped him grow interest in engineering. Mr Mohiuddin began the process of establishing Harmonics Power Ltd while he was still at Tec Advantage.
Mr. Mohiuddin supervises the sourcing of materials and equipment as well as technical, operation and commercial issues. To source high quality products he was vastly travelled state of China, Malaysia, India & USA.
Mrs. Kaniz Taslima
Chairman and Director
Mrs. Kaniz Taslima is a commerce Graduater with masters in Management. She started her career in electrical & lighting industry through Harmonics Power Ltd, since 2007. Her Commerce background helped her to grow interest in commercial and operational Jobs.
Kaniz Taslima supervises the sourcing of materials and equipment as well as managerial Operations and commercial issues. To source high quality products she has vastly travelled many provinces of china.
Recently in 2024 she has established a school & college with her husband and some other partners at Banasri, Rampura, Dhaka.
